Dear Jennings Community,

What a fantastic event our Parent's Night Out Cinco de Mayo party was on Saturday! It was great to see so many parents enjoying each others company, and the super entertainment by our very own parent band The King's Pudding! A very big Thank You to Nicole Fasold and Mary McKeon for making such an enjoyable evening possible.

Congratulations to Cassandra DiPierro (5R) for winning the Superintendent's Award for Jennings. This honor is given annually to one student from each of the Fairfield schools. Cassandra was chosen for exemplifying academic prowess, leadership in our school community and strong community service.

We concluded a very successful Teacher/Staff Appreciation Week. Thank you to all the parents that contributed to the daily festivities and thanks to the Room Parents for coordinating such a successful week. A special Thank You to Amy Calandriello and Jen DeMaio, the Chairs of the event, who put together such a fantastic week of celebrating our staff. The notes, inspirational quotes and small gifts were very well received.
